Horrible experience, very unprofessional. Sold my house for under market value. She pressured me to take the first offer I got and made me run with it making it seem like it was the deal of a life time. After selling the home she basically said know we could start looking for a home. In a sellers market this was near impossible to accomplish with the lack of knowledge and experience that she has. May I add the home I sold was turn key premium lot list goes on.. seems like someone was just interested in the quick sale here. Through the frustration of providing incorrect addresses, missed appointments and not following up with homes of interest we sought out help from a experienced real estate agent. We explained our frustrations and after talking to our new agent and seeing comparables in the area we had a better understanding of what we could of got for our home.

Through my experience I feel as though she was not for the client however more for herself. I want to bring awareness so this does not happen to anyone else. As a young family with two small children it was a priority to find a home and I guess you can say we have learnt our lesson to reach out to a reputable, experienced, knowledgeable realtor. We found a new home thanks to our current agent who seen plenty of homes and never gave up showed plenty of interest and care. We also payed under asking. Not over like Anastasia always recommended.
